Although we have not had an official update - we have been able to connect to multiple sessions so it appears this incident has been resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

There is an issue with the TeamViewer API currently which means users who use our RMM agent to remote control their computers will not be able to connect. We are sorry for this downtime and will post an update here when it is repaired.
